As there is many components to building this game it is crucial that it is clear to all team members what jobs are needed to be done and who is currently working on those tasks.

Below you can see the Trello page that demonstrates all the jobs that are needed to be done overall and the jobs that are of priority. There is also 3 different cards for each team member and the current task they are performing, along with a final card for all completed tasks.

Week by week development Plan

Along with the slack page we also have another document with the same jobs that lists out all these jobs in a week-by-week format, to help highlight to the team when we need to be moving on from previous task and overall deadlines for builds of the game. Like the slack page this is also split into the 3 different team member’s workloads.

Plans To User Test

We plan to have a buildable playable version of the game done early on; this can be seen in the week by week timetable. This allows us to run game testing sessions every Friday so we can get valuable feedback on new aspects of the game and the overall movement.
